Customer Service Representative This position consists of several duties including; Order Processing, Handle and Direct Telephone Traffic, Maintain Supplier and Customer Databases , Retrieve and Distribute Mail, Faxes and email, Maintain Product Inventory Levels, Assist Sales Team with Customer quotations, Expediting, and Accurately Manage Customer and Supplier files. Experience Required Includes: Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, General Office equipment (Fax, Photocopier etc.) Familiarity with popular accounting software Quickbooks would be an asset.
