| Installation Example:
Sure Control Systems Inc. created an "in process" PC Based Vision inspection station. It was comprised of highly diffuse "dome" lighting source, a single Vision
camera, and a digital I/O interface. The system was connected to an existing PLC, which controlled the relevant section of the production conveyer. The PLC provides a trigger, when a tire and rim
are in position to be inspected, and the Sure Vision system evaluates the rim, for size and style. A numeric result is output to the controlling PLC at the Balancer.

| This result is then evaluated by the PLC, which then displays an indication to the operator to identify the
appropriate weight style for that rim. The rim identification is also used to display the rim style at the various stations on the balancer. |
